The Hockaday School

These are installation pictures of the hydronic heating boiler system in the central plant at The Hockaday School in Dallas, TX. The job was performed by Don Burden & Associates. They replaced two large inefficient scotch marine type boilers that short-cycled with the Patterson-Kelley Thermific modular boilers. Each boiler is two stage fire with a total of 18 stages for the heating plant. The control system automatically rotates the lead boiler and modulates stages on and off as needed. The pictures show a job well done by Don Burden and Hockaday will verify a system well designed!
